    It means you can handle all your financial needs—insurance, investments, tax, and planning—through one trusted partner, rather than juggling multiple advisors.

  • How do I get started as a new client?

    Simply contact us to schedule a free initial consultation. We’ll meet (in-person or virtually), listen to your goals, and recommend next steps. No pressure, no obligation.

  • Are your advisors licensed? Are you a fiduciary?

    Yes, our advisors are fully licensed, and we always act in your best interest. We’re independent brokers, so we recommend what’s right for you—not what benefits any one company.

  • How does UNI get compensated? Do I pay fees or commissions?

    Your initial consultation is free. For insurance, UNI receives commissions from carriers (no extra cost to you). For planning or investment services, some advisors may charge a fee—if so, we’ll be fully transparent upfront.

  • Where are your offices? Can I work with you if I’m not in Georgia?

    We have branches across Georgia, plus offices in several states and in Seoul, Korea. We also serve clients nationwide via phone and Zoom—location is never a barrier.

  • Do you have Korean-speaking advisors?

    Yes! We offer full bilingual service in Korean and English at all major branches.

  • Which insurance companies do you work with?

    As an independent brokerage, we partner with dozens of major carriers—allowing us to shop for the best coverage and rates to fit your needs.

  • Do you offer investment management or just advice?

    We offer both. Our team provides guidance and ongoing management for investments, retirement accounts, and more—always tailored to your situation.

  • Can you help with specific needs, like college planning or small business advice?

    Absolutely. We serve clients at all life stages, from young families to business owners and retirees. If you have a specific question, just ask—there’s a good chance we can help.

  • Will I work with the same advisor every time?

    Typically, you’ll have a dedicated local agent, but can also access specialists as needed. We believe in consistent, personal relationships.

  • Can I work with UNI remotely?

    Yes—virtual consultations are available by phone or Zoom, making it easy to get expert advice from anywhere.
